General Statement on Social and Environmental Responsibility
- Objective
The company adheres to the principle of good faith and the requirements of relevant laws and government regulations. It is also committed to promoting corporate social and environmental responsibility and actively participating in social welfare services. It constantly innovates and seeks changes to improve the work environment and environmental awareness. The company also requires suppliers to review and comply with these principles and requirements, jointly establishing a healthy and sustainable supply chain. The company aims to contribute to society and provide better services.
This "Social and Environmental Responsibility Statement" is divided into four parts: Corporate Ethics, Labor Rights, Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection, which serve as specific regulations for related business activities.

Integrity Management and Prohibition of Improper Benefits:
All of the company's business activities must respect the principle of good faith, and any form of corruption, extortion, embezzlement of public funds, money laundering, etc., must be strictly prohibited. Monitoring procedures and strengthening measures must be implemented to ensure compliance with honest management requirements. -
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
The company respects intellectual property and does not infringe on any patents, trademarks, or copyrights. It also requires all suppliers to jointly maintain confidentiality of the information provided by Flygt Communications and its clients. -
No Use of Conflict Minerals:
The company’s products do not use conflict minerals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and palladium (Pd), and are not sourced from mining areas controlled by armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo and its neighboring countries.

Equal, Voluntary, and Legal Employment Contracts:
The company formulates its labor policies in accordance with the Labor Standards Law of the People's Republic of China and related laws and regulations. The labor contracts between the company and its employees are based on equality and consensus and do not violate administrative laws and regulations. -
Non-Discriminatory Systems and Practices:
The company’s recruitment and employment conditions, including job assignments, on-the-job training, employee development and promotion, salary or other compensation, benefits and allowances, punishment or dismissal, etc., shall not discriminate based on race, nationality, class, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, origin, place of birth, gender, age, marriage, pregnancy, appearance, facial characteristics, physical or mental disability, parental status, or prior union affiliation. -
No Forced Labor:
The company does not use or support any forced or involuntary labor and requires suppliers, contractors, or subcontractors to comply with the same. Involuntary labor includes bonded labor (including debt repayment), trafficking, slavery, etc. The company will not withhold any part of an employee's wages, benefits, property, or documents to force them to continue working for the company. -
Prohibition of Child Labor:
In addition to complying with legal requirements and not employing minors under the age of 18, the company also declares that it prohibits any form of child labor. -
Protecting Women’s Rights:
Except for jobs or positions that are not suitable for women as stipulated by local regulations, female employees enjoy equal employment opportunities as male employees, and their working hours are not extended, nor are they required to work night shifts. Female employees are prohibited from engaging in prohibited work during pregnancy and are entitled to at least 90 days of maternity leave as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act. -
Wage Management:
The company’s wage standards comply with laws and regulations and are not below the statutory minimum wage. Employees are entitled to social insurance and welfare programs specified by laws and regulations, and their wages are paid fairly. -
Working Hours Management:
The company complies with legal working hour standards and reasonably arranges employees' working hours, rest periods, and vacation days. -
Humane Treatment:
The company values human rights, respects the dignity of each employee, and does not use or allow corporal punishment or any form of physical or psychological oppression, including verbal abuse and harassment.
(III) Health and Safety
- Occupational Safety:
Employees must receive appropriate health and safety training to fully understand the risks associated with the work process and environment. New employees, transferred employees, and those working in high-risk environments must receive effective health and safety training to minimize risks according to the highest standards.
The company must provide safe and healthy working conditions in compliance with local regulations and necessary protective equipment, conduct periodic medical exams for employees involved in occupational hazard work, provide special training for employees in special jobs, and require them to obtain necessary qualifications.
When employees are injured at work, the company must provide first aid and assist them in obtaining subsequent medical treatment, identify and assess emergency situations, and minimize their impact by implementing emergency plans.
The above measures comply with national labor safety and health laws to provide a safe and healthy working environment and include comprehensive safety and health policies and procedures that are fully communicated to all employees.
(IV) Environmental Protection of Hazardous Substances

Identification and Management of Hazardous Substance Characteristics:
Ensure that hazardous substances can be safely handled, transported, stored, and disposed of. Maintain records of hazardous substance handling, establish a hazardous substance reduction policy, and continuously improve it. Comply with laws and regulations regarding hazardous substances and related management issues, and recycle and dispose of hazardous substances in accordance with regulations. -
Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction:
The company should practice reducing and eliminating unnecessary consumption by improving production, maintaining facilities, replacing materials, saving natural resources, and recycling materials, including water, electricity, natural gas, and paper. Continue introducing energy-saving products, using green packaging and logistics to increase the proportion of green energy and new energy use, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and achieve a low-carbon economy.
