FlexLink Communications is committed to practicing integrity in business operations, fair trade and competition, transparency in information disclosure, no false reporting or statements, prohibition of improper benefits, and respect for intellectual property and confidentiality.

Integrity Management Mechanism:

FlexLink Communications regards compliance with laws and regulations as the basic premise for integrity management. All operational locations adhere to domestic legal standards. To ensure compliance with laws and the prevention of improper benefits, the company has established an integrity management policy and system. Strict measures are taken to prevent employees from engaging in personal interests that could conflict with or impact the company’s overall interests.

The company has designated the Administrative Department to oversee integrity management, ensuring the effectiveness and reasonableness of internal procedures. To actively prevent dishonest business practices, a whistleblowing system is in place, enabling the reporting of violations related to the company's finances, regulations, policies, ethical standards, or any form of fraudulent behavior.

  2. Written submissions: Send to the Administrative Department supervisor at 12 Dinghu 3rd Street, Guishan District, Taoyuan City, 333008. Please mark the envelope as "Confidential."
  3. In-person reporting will be handled confidentially.
