Labor Policy and Rights
General Provisions

  1. Purpose

Each employee is the most important asset of the company. FLY Communications adheres to principles of integrity and the requirements of relevant government laws and regulations. The company is committed to ensuring that each employee enjoys their rightful benefits and works in a good and comfortable environment. We strive together with unity and excellence. This "Labor Policy and Rights" is divided into nine main sections. We ask all colleagues to review and comply with these principles and requirements, to jointly build a work environment that upholds human rights and fosters a positive workplace culture, and to create a great family together.

This policy applies to all employees of the company.

(1) Equal, Voluntary, and Legally Compliant Labor Contracts
The company establishes labor policies based on the Labor Standards Act of the Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations. All labor contracts between the company and employees adhere to principles of equality and mutual agreement and comply with laws and administrative regulations.

(2) No Employment of Child Labor or Young Workers
In addition to complying with legal requirements, the company does not employ individuals under the age of 18. The company also declares that the employment of child labor is strictly prohibited.

(3) Non-Discriminatory Systems and Behaviors
The company’s recruitment, employment conditions, including job assignments, on-the-job training, employee development, promotions, salaries, other compensation, welfare, bonuses, disciplinary actions, or dismissals, are free from discrimination based on the employee’s race, nationality, class, language, thought, religion, political affiliation, place of origin, birthplace, gender, age, marital status, pregnancy, appearance, physical features, disabilities, parental status, or previous union membership.

(4) Protection of Women’s Rights
Except for positions or roles deemed unsuitable for women by local regulations, female employees enjoy equal employment opportunities with male employees. Their working hours and night shifts will not be extended. Pregnant employees will not be assigned to hazardous tasks, and they are entitled to maternity leave of no less than 90 days as specified by the Labor Standards Act.

(5) No Forced Labor
The company does not engage in or support any form of forced or involuntary labor and requires suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to comply with the same standards. Involuntary labor includes bonded labor (including debt bondage), human trafficking, slavery, etc. The company will not withhold part of employees' wages, benefits, property, or documents to force employees to continue working for the company.

(6) Working Hours Management
The company follows the legal working hours standard and reasonably arranges employees' work hours, rest periods, and leave. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Holidays follow the announcements from the Personnel Administration Bureau. Working hours do not exceed the maximum limit specified by the Labor Standards Act. Overtime is voluntary, and employees will not be forced to work overtime. In case of emergencies or special circumstances, overtime must be applied for and approved, and compensatory time off will be arranged.

(7) Compensation Management
Employees' wages are set according to legal regulations and will not be lower than the statutory minimum wage. Employees are entitled to social insurance and welfare benefits as mandated by law.

(8) Humane Treatment
The company values human rights and respects the dignity of every employee. No form of corporal punishment or physical, psychological oppression, including verbal abuse and harassment, is allowed or tolerated.

(9) Freedom of Association
The company respects employees' rights to organize, join the union of their choice, and participate in peaceful assemblies. Employees also have the right to refrain from such activities. Employees are free to communicate openly with management about working conditions and management practices without fear of discrimination, retaliation, threats, or harassment.
